Shipping

All orders ship from our US-based partner brands within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships. Orders with items from multiple brands may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare, lip, and personal care products can't be returned unless defective.

Damaged or wrong item?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice.
